You provide the real-time onsite verification and data used to verify compliance with basic energy code and all other above code energy programs. This data is fed electronically directly back to our operations and engineering teams to complete the verification and trigger the required billing to our customers. 

Qualifications

Daily Job Responsibilities:

Summary:  The MF Field Partner should approach the construction phase with a sense of ownership and responsibility, proactively and constantly seeking to address gaps in process and communication throughout all phases of construction.


Job Responsibilities:

Perform construction related duties including, but not limited to:

  • Maintain contact with the Construction Project Manager and Project

Superintendent to schedule all testing and verification activities.

  • Attend an initial meeting with Project Superintendent to:
  • Develop illustrative documents detailing what credits involve which trades, etc., and review same with the Project Superintendent
  • Collect and manage a project team member directory with current and accurate contact information for all on-site personnel, including Project Superintendent and related Trade Contractors

Summary:

As a Build Quality Inspector, the individual will provide onsite inspections of completed new construction single family homes. The Build Quality Inspector will assess and document any items not to the builder’s quality and home readiness standards. Generally, this assessment is done prior to the homeowner viewing the completed home, so creating a thorough inspection for the builder is imperative. This inspection is used by the builder to determine subcontractor workmanship, material quality, Construction Manager performance, and potential warranty concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Depending on your designated/base location, travel to and from multiple cities within Dallas/Ft. Worth OR Austin/San Marcos to complete inspections.
  • Inspect the exterior and interior of single-family homes for compliance with the builder’s quality standards, giving a fair evaluation of the condition.

Summary:

The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Commercial and Multi-Family technician is someone who has worked in the HVAC trade as a Service Technician and is.  In order to elevate from Apprentice to Maintenance Technician the following requirements must be met.

  • Completed at least one full year as a Technician level 1 at Tempo, or have 3-5 years’ experience as a HVAC Service technician elsewhere
  • Pass a written test for Commercial/Multi-Family Technician
  • Pass hands on testing for Commercial/Multi-Family Technician
  • Have the ability and knowledge to work on commercial equipment up to and including 25-ton package units

Reports to:    Service Manager and Replacement Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs maintenance and trouble calls for commercial and multi-family customers
  • Promotes and sells add on accessories and add ons (such as IAQ products)
  • Generates and turns in leads for possible replacements when appropriate
  • Troubleshoot problems with and repair HVAC systems
  • Present and sell needed repairs and turnover replacement leads when needed or recommended
  • Create invoices for work performed and bill customers appropriately
  • Work with project management and sales staff on projects
  • Assist with installation of commercial and multi-family equipment when needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Some post-high school education from college, trade school or military
