Summary:

Tempo, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative who possess a natural ability to effectively communicate schedules and changes with our largest customers and key vested internal parties.  Due to our rapid rate of growth, we are seeking someone who thrives on achieving results while working in a fast-paced environment.  This position will report directly to the Customer Experience Supervisor.  The Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher must be a self-starter with the ability to dynamically schedule based on priority and effectively communicate daily.  This individual will own customer satisfaction. 

  • Answer inbound calls and emails to schedule immediate and planned service work.
  • Manage our field teams schedule and workload.
  • Dynamically works with clients, field Partners, and key internal personnel to adjust scheduled activities appropriately by maintaining constant communication.
  • Proactively communicates daily with builders and team members about any changes in the schedule.
  • Take 1 week of night/weekend call responsibilities with opportunity for additional compensated call as available.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ experience of Customer Service and/or relevant experience required; Experience in HVAC or construction is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate at a high level both verbally and in writing both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage an evolving schedule based on capacity, materials/equipment availability and customer priority changes.
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dead-line environment.

A Residential Singly-Family Energy Rater is the life-line to we do at US-EcoLogic . You provide the real-time onsite verification and data used to verify compliance with basic energy code and all other above code energy programs. This data is fed electronically directly back to our operations and engineering teams to complete the verification and trigger the required billing to our customers. 

Qualifications

Daily Job Responsibilities:

  •  Inspect single-family homes for compliance with (IECC) Energy Code, Energy Star, GBT, Dallas
  • Green, and other above code programs at various stages including Poly, Pre-drywall & Final
  •  Perform all required testing needed for all energy programs at time of inspection

The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Commercial and Multi-Family technician is someone who has worked in the HVAC trade as a Service Technician and is.  In order to elevate from Apprentice to Maintenance Technician the following requirements must be met.

  • Completed at least one full year as a Technician level 1 at Tempo, or have 3-5 years’ experience as a HVAC Service technician elsewhere
