As a Build Quality Inspector, the individual will provide onsite inspections of completed new construction single family homes. The Build Quality Inspector will assess and document any items not to the builder’s quality and home readiness standards. Generally, this assessment is done prior to the homeowner viewing the completed home, so creating a thorough inspection for the builder is imperative. This inspection is used by the builder to determine subcontractor workmanship, material quality, Construction Manager performance, and potential warranty concerns. This position is offered in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin/San Marcos separately. In the Dallas/Ft.
