STAR AGREEMENT

WHAT IS THE STAR ESA© This plan is an offering of Tempo Mechanical Services, Inc. It provides each eligible homeowner with two seasonal tune-ups of the heating
and cooling system(s). The plan also provides discounts of up to 15% for replacement, repairs and upgrades.
WHAT IS INCLUDED? With the STAR Agreement
the homeowner will receive two seasonal tune-ups per system and a 15% discount on all repairs. The two seasonal tune-ups will be performed during the milder months of
the year in preparation for the coming heating or cooling season. All tune-ups are scheduled at a mutually convenient time for Tempo and the homeowner. We reserve
the right to perform semi-annual STAR ESA© tune-ups while we are at your home on a service call at any time of the year.
RESPONSE TIME Service
Agreement customers will have priority over non service agreement customers. It is Tempo Mechanical's objective to resolve all service calls in a timely and professional
manner.
COVERAGE AND RENEWAL Coverage is based upon one year, whether paying monthly, which renews automatically, or in a lump sum, in which
the homeowner will receive a renewal one month prior to their expiration.
TRANSFERABILITY The protection plan goes with the home. In case of a sale,
the protection is fully transferable to the new homeowner as long as the equipment has not been moved or worked on by another
company.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE This agreement can be cancelled by either party, at any time, with 30 days written notice. Tempo will
issue a prorated refund, less services rendered.
AFTER HOURS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS The applicable rates for service calls performed after normal
working hours, on weekends, or on holidays will apply and are subject to equipment and parts availability. Normal STAR ESA© business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday. Seasonal tune-ups requested outside of normal business hours and/or season are subject to overtime rates. Why it really pays
